Terms of Use
1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms govern use of the public website at augmt.com, provided by Augmt AI Inc. ("augmt," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. The Website is intended for business and professional users aged 18 or older.
Website access or ordinary email communication does not create a provider-patient, attorney-client, referral, agency, fiduciary, services, or other contractual relationship. Actual augmt services require a separate signed agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms concerning contracted services.
2. Informational use only
The Website provides general information for business-evaluation purposes. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, insurance or billing advice, or financial, accounting, or investment advice. It is not an emergency service.
Healthcare and legal decisions must be made by appropriately licensed professionals. Confirm information material to a particular patient, case, claim, practice, or organization before relying on it.
3. No guarantee of results
Descriptions of services, workflows, geographic availability, reimbursement, collection timing, potential revenue, or business outcomes are general and may change. Examples involving rates, procedure codes, collections, revenue, savings, or other financial results are illustrative. Actual eligibility, rates, collections, timing, costs, and results vary. Augmt does not guarantee any clinical, legal, insurance, reimbursement, collection, or financial outcome.
4. Healthcare and case information
The public Website does not provide patient intake or record-upload functionality and is not approved for PHI, medical records, case files, or sensitive health information. Do not submit such information through the Website or ordinary email.
Providers, law firms, and authorized parties must use the secure, contractually approved workflows designated by augmt. Patient and case information is disclosed or received only through authorized workflows subject to applicable agreements, permissions, and law.
5. Permitted use
You may use the Website only for lawful informational and legitimate business purposes. You may not violate law or third-party rights; submit harmful or misleading material; gain unauthorized access; interfere with security or operation; introduce malware; impose unreasonable automated traffic; impersonate another person; copy Website content for unauthorized commercial use; or transmit PHI through an unapproved channel.
6. Intellectual property
The Website and its text, design, graphics, logos, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Augmt AI Inc. and protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive only a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the Website for its intended purposes.
7. Privacy, links, and availability
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Third-party services have their own terms and practices. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website and do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." Augmt disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and quiet enjoyment. Some exclusions may not apply where prohibited by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Augmt AI Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, opportunities, or goodwill arising from the Website or these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability arising from the public Website or these Terms will not exceed US $100. These limitations do not apply where prohibited and do not limit obligations in a separate signed agreement.
10. General terms and contact
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remainder will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning the public Website and do not replace a services agreement, BAA, or other contract.
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting an updated version with a revised date.
